The City of Novi oversees trash hauling and recycling services for Saratoga Circle. Waste and recycling pick-up is coordinated by Waste Management. Pick up for our neighborhood for both waste and recycling is on Mondays. Items to be picked up should be on the curb prior to 6AM on Monday morning. Try and refrain from putting trash out before 6PM on Sunday evening. Also, please keep trash in tight-fitting containers or bags. NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY PROHIBITS TRASH FROM BEING OUT PRIOR TO 4PM ON WEDNESDAYS.
Waste Management also provides a service for yard waste to be removed. These must be in the paper bags. Service for this is available from April to September on Mondays as well.

Snow & Ice Removal
With winter upon us, residents are being reminded that it is a City of Novi ordinance that all sidewalks and pathways to your home must be cleared within 24 hours after a snowfall. Mail will not be delivered to your home if the postal carrier is not able to get to your home. Please salt your porches as well for added safety.
Our landscapers, Begonia Brothers, are in charge of clearing and salting the sidewalks and the Gazebo area. The City of Novi clears and salts our roads. Their priority level will be major roadways, emergency vehicle accesses, school bus routes, city facilities, commercial developments, and residential developments.
There are no upcoming meetings scheduled at this time.
Architectural Control Committee
The Board of Directors will be establishing an Architectural Control Committee for the association. The purpose of this committee is to assure that the neighborhood is developed and maintained in a beautiful and professional manner consistent with high quality and uniform standards. To read more about the ACC, it is located in Section 7 pages 14-15 of the by-laws.
If you are interested in becoming an ACC member, please email Meadow Management (email@example.com) by July 12. The Board of Directors will then vote and appoint new members to the ACC.
Alterations and Improvements
The Association will make every effort to expedite review of all requests properly submitted. Any co-owners who make a change without first obtaining Association approval do so at their own risk and if not subsequently approved may be subject to the removal of the installations and legal cots involved therein.
